Sun Infra Projects runs the labour, machinery and paperwork behind residential and commercial developments across Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra — built for developers working outside the metros, where a missed compliance step or an idle site can cost a season.
Based in Mumbai, we operate directly on site in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets — the townships, colonies and mid-size commercial builds that need metro-grade discipline without a metro-size overhead.
One point of contact for labour, plant and governance, instead of three separate vendors to chase.
Sun Infra Projects started as a labour contracting outfit serving residential colonies outside Mumbai, and has spent six years extending that into a fuller execution partner for developers building in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
The work is still mostly labour: mason gangs, bar-benders, shuttering crews and site supervision, priced and managed directly rather than through layers of sub-subcontractors. Around that core, we've added a small owned fleet for earthwork and concreting, and a governance wing that keeps client projects clean on compliance, safety and documentation.
Clients come to us because a Tier 2 or Tier 3 site rarely has the luxury of separate vendors for each of these — and the risk of getting any one of them wrong lands on the developer, not the subcontractor.
Three wings, one contract. Each can be engaged on its own, but most clients bring us in for all three so accountability doesn't split across vendors.
We've kept our footprint to markets we can reach and supervise directly from Mumbai, rather than spreading thin across the country.
Residential colonies and commercial builds in the towns surrounding Mumbai, where the firm's labour network is deepest.
Ongoing colony and township developments, added as the firm's second market after establishing a plant & equipment wing.
Recently opened residential and commercial projects, run under the same labour, fleet and governance model as Maharashtra.
None of these on their own is unusual. Run together, under one accountable contractor, they close the gaps that usually show up between vendors.
Labour disputes, equipment delays and compliance gaps are usually blamed on "the other vendor." Here, they're all one contract.
Registrations and safety records are kept current as a matter of course, not assembled after an inspection notice arrives.
An owned backhoe and pump mean pours and earthwork run on the project's timeline, not the local hire market's availability.
Priced and staffed for towns where metro-scale contractors don't operate, without cutting the controls a developer still needs.
Most of our workforce is on active sites across Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. Openings below cover both site roles and the supervisory and governance positions that support them.
